It has separate javascript Threads, and here u can lose a tab which is infected easily not all the other tabs.

IS there any tool bar with G-Chrome?

Currently No!! But I presume that it will be there soon as it is most widely used piece of software at the moment, and it seems inevitable that Google will want to let users know about Chrome.
